robke Posted December 15, 2015 Report Share Posted December 15, 2015 is that you pay extra for tracking when sending a parcel and it only works when it is still in this country but as soon as it leaves towards country of destination it all fails...I know it is only € 5,- but still it is the principal of the matter.... They updated me every step of the way from thier handing them over to UPS through to the package clearing customs at this end and gave me tracking numbers for the journey on this side of the pond.
