loudlucky
Found this online: According to this Smokey is the sprint racing type... What is amusing is the 'poor front assembly' part! But its very interesting to read!

Emma
Hmmmn. Ice fits somewhere in between the standard working type and the sprinting type. Sent from my phone, powered by a magical unicorn's horn.
Asslinn
Think Keiko is More the middle one, but with her anorexia atm she's probably got the skinny frame of the last one.

jmscott
· Hidden Hidden This is actually pretty inaccurate and misleading. I see a lot of pet owner think they have a racing dog from this diagram when really they have a pet bred dog. The "show type" is represented by a very heavy dog, with poor conformation and very unlike most dogs coming from a conformation background (ALL Siberians should fit within the breed standard, its not for show dogs!) The "working type" shown is just a correct-ish Sibe. This dog could be a Ch. It shouldn't make a difference. The "Sprint type" is an example of how extremes in breeding happen on both side of the scale. However, to reiterate, a dog fitting within the looks of these categories does not make them OF that category. A working-bred siberian has actively working parents. A show-type has parents actively competing in shows, and the sprint type can be found entered in short distance sled dog races. This is a conformation bred sibe. 1 Link to comment
