BingBlaze n Skyla
Only thing I can find out about a belly rub is she might find it uncomfortable so not sure , I can't imagine it would help much

BingBlaze n Skyla
Idk if it helps or not she just seems to calm down some when I do it If she's not finding it uncomfortable and you're gentle I don't think it would do any harm
Mazz
If it makes her more comfy, and seems to settle her down, should not be an issue. Just do so slowly and be light to the touch.
