At present you should get an email sent to the email address you signed up with saying you've got a new comment on your profile, however, you may have disabled this option when you registered your account - to activate it - click your name top right, then settings, then click the profile tab and you can have one of three options: 1. no notification 2. send a pm to your account on here to say you've got a new comment 3. send an email to say you've got a new comment Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There needs to be a better way of notifying you when you have new comments on your profile. There is currently a beta (test) version of the new invision update that will shortly be live and address some of the issues you see currently on the forum. Everything looks as it does now, however there are a lot of new additions that will be on there that should make your life easier. One of these additions is an upgrade to the notification section of your user options. Currently when you get a new PM you get a pop-up window that appears. You will have this kind of abillity with the new system for profile comment notifications, quoted posts of yours, replies and quite a bit more. So in short, bare with us because the feature is already there in the main system meaning it is a lot more tightly integrated with the way you currently use the forum.
