hachi-kun
Hello to those who follow and read the forums. I have been following many of the forums lately, researching for what is good and bad for my new puppy. This site has helped significantly, and by reading all the suggestions and comments from others, it has encouraged me to join and become a member. The name of my new "designer breed" puppy is Hachi-Kun, named after the characteristics of the Akita in the movie Hachiko. Hachi is a 15 week old Siberian Maltsky (1/4 Maltese & 3/4 Husky). He is very intelligent puppy. By 9 weeks, he has learned more then 10 different tricks, from the basic sit, down and stay, to shake, wave, and "bang" (playing dead). He is also very social, and loves to go on walks to be petted by strangers. He's kind, loving, and most importantly very fun to be around. He is very loyal, and will follow and wait for me wherever I go (although this has caused him issues with massive separation anxiety). He is my new puppy and a new addition to my family. Please feel free to ask questions or comment, because I have a lot of questions and comments of my own. -Me & Hachi
